We want the only surprise you get when opening your delivery to be a good one. That’s why we do our best to make sure our photos are as accurate as possible. However some colours may vary slightly depending on your monitor and Internet browser.

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, UPI and Net Banking. No Cash on Delivery (COD) or alternate payment methods are available.

Cash on Delivery is not available. All orders are on full payment.

Yes, we do ship internationally through our shipping partner DHL.

We will provide you with an estimated shipping date for your order at the time of placing the order, which will also be noted on your order confirmation email. Once shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number.

You can start tracking your order as soon as it has been shipped out. An email will be sent to you with the tracking details, all you need to do is click on the link and track the journey of your order in real-time!

For all orders within India, we offer free shipping.

Shipping charges for International deliveries are calculated at the time of placing the order depending on the value, weight and volume of the products purchased. We will provide you with an estimated shipping date for your order at the time of placing the order, which will also be noted on your order confirmation email.

Please note: The shipping charge DOES NOT includes import duty(s).

All domestic purchases are inclusive of taxes and other charges. However, for International purchases, product prices displayed are not inclusive of destination taxes and duties and you are liable for all duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are in.

We do not accept returns on any product. Only in the case the product is received in a damaged condition, a request return should be sent to us at info@laksyah.com within 24 hours of receiving the order.  Before your order leaves our warehouse, it is fully checked by our Quality Control team. If you receive an item which is damaged, please Contact Us immediately.

We assure the safety of your order at Laksyah, but if you receive damaged or tampered goods, please Contact Us immediately.

If you have purchased an item that is faulty, you can return the item back to us within 24 hours upon receipt of consignment. We offer repair, replacement or full refund in the original form of payment for garments that are deemed faulty through no fault of yours.

When we receive your return, we will assess the item and if it is deemed faulty we will send you a replacement. If the relevant style is not in stock we will arrange a refund, including all delivery charges.

Please note:

Purchased items cannot be returned on the basis of colour, patterns or designs. There could be a slight variation in colour depending on the product and photography.

Proof of purchase will need to be shown for repair, replacement or full refund and the item(s) will need to be unworn, unwashed, with tags still in tact.

Shipping charges of returned goods are to be borne by the customer.

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept any item for return that is damaged due to:
  • Staining (food, lipstick, makeup, bleach, marker/pen, sweat, dirt, etc.)
  • Wear and tear (ripping, tearing)
  • Scent (perfume, body odor)

Please allow 10 working days from the receipt of your return. Refunds will be sent to the account you used for purchase.

All products are hand embroidered and made to order - we don’t accept any returns or exchange.

Our services includes made-to-measure, in which we tailor the outfit of your choice to your preferences. We also provide additional seam allowance on each side of the garment for your comfort. However, we provide alteration services only at our Design studio based in Kochi, India.

In case you have received an item, which is not what you had originally ordered, please e-mail us with your order number within 24 hours.

Please note:

We will be able to ship the correct order once we receive our wrongly sent merchandise in its original packaging.

Sometimes we adjust the pricing on items. Unfortunately we do not offer a price guarantee, so we can’t provide a partial refund for an item that goes on sale after you've purchased it.
