Shipping & Return Policy


All orders are shipped out within 14 days of the order date. Please note we do not ship on weekends or Public holidays.

We will provide you with an estimated shipping date for your order at the time of placing the order, which will also be noted on your order confirmation email. Once shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. The delivery lead-time is about 4 -12 days from the date of dispatch for domestic and international orders respectively.

Shipping charges for International orders are calculated at the time of placing the order depending on the value, weight and volume of the products purchased.

All international orders may be subject to import/custom duties or local taxes, which are levied by the importing country you are in and as the recipient, you are liable to clear the payment of these to release your order from customs on arrival. We advise checking with your local custom authorities to find correct information on import duties from India.

You have the option of cancelling your purchase & claim a refund. However, this is only allowed for 24 hours from the time of purchase. In this case, a refund in the form of a “Credit note” will be initiated within 7 business days from the date of order cancellation. The Credit note will be valid for 6 months from the date of order cancellation. For any cancellation requests received after 24 hours from the time of purchase, shall have no liability in relation to any claim for a refund.


1. In case you wish to change your order, any difference in the price of the revised order shall be payable prior to updating your order.

2. If the price of the new order is lesser than the original order, a credit note will be issued against the balance amount.


We want you to love your shopping experience with us, but if something isn’t right, do kindly let us know. 

As a standard company protocol, does not endorse any return or exchange policy irrespective of a domestic or international order, neither on off the rack nor on made to order pieces except in case of the below mentioned exceptional scenarios: 

1. If the merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective. 

2. If there is an irreparable technical issue with an altered/ordered piece against the client specifications, for example – sizing issue, fabric covering, color mismatch, length issue, etc. 

3. If there has been an unprecedented delay in your order and has not notified you of the same, within 1 week from the date of order placed. 

In all the above scenarios, the client must notify about the issue over a call or Whatsapp at +91965630333 during business hours but most importantly with an email stating the concerns clearly along with the images of the problem areas in the outfit within 24 hours of receiving it.

However, it is only after receiving an acknowledgment of the same from, you may send the outfit back to us for the necessary corrective actions. Unsolicited returns will not be received without authorization. The customer will be responsible to pick-up products sent without prior intimation. Once the garment is received by, please be informed that the sole discretion of accepting the return and/or exchange of the rejected piece lies with only based on the timelines and quality of the returned piece. While returning the outfit please ensure that the merchandise is unused, and is in a properly sealed condition as you received it, with its original packaging.

We offer repair, replacement or full refund for all approved return and/or exchange.

When we receive your return, we will assess the item and if it is deemed faulty we will send you a replacement. If the relevant style is not in stock we will arrange a refund, including all delivery charges.

Your refund will be processed within 10 business days. Once Laksyah has registered your return or cancellation. Refunds will be sent to the account you used for purchase.


1. Purchased items cannot be returned on the basis of colour, patterns or designs. There could be a slight variation in colour depending on the product and photography.

2. Proof of purchase will need to be shown for repair, replacement or full refund and the item(s) will need to be unworn, unwashed, with tags still in tact.

3. Shipping charges of returned goods are to be borne by the customer.

4. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any item for return that is damaged due to: Staining (food, lipstick, makeup, bleach, marker/pen, sweat, dirt, etc.) Wear and tear (ripping, tearing) Scent (perfume, body odor) 


We take a lot of pride to ensure all of our products are of high quality and accurately represented on our website, therefore we do not issue change of mind refunds, this also applies if you purchase a product and find you are not happy with the wear.

For example, the consumer guarantees do not apply if you got what you asked for but simply changed your mind, found it cheaper somewhere else, decided you did not like the purchase, wrong selection or had no use for it.
